aukso pjūvis statusas T sritis informatika apibrėžtis Atkarpos dalijimas į dvi nevienodo ilgio dalis taip, kad mažesnės ir didesnės dalių santykis būtų lygus didesnės dalies ir visos atkarpos santykiui. Šį santykis lygus iracionaliajam skaičiui. Iliustraciją žr. priede. Pirmą kartą aukso pjūvio sąvoka aptinkama Euklido „Pradmenyse“. Terminą „aukso pjūvis“ pirmą kartą pavartojo Leonardo da Vinčis. Aukso pjūvis turi daug įdomių matematinių ir estetinių savybių, pastebėtų nuo senų laikų. Laikoma, kad objektai, kuriems sukurti panaudotas aukso pjūvis, žmogui atrodo harmoningesni. Naudojamas architektūroje, tapyboje, fotografijoje, kino filmuose, literatūroje ir kt. Paplitus informacinėms technologijoms, atsirado naujų uždavinių, susijusių su aukso pjūviu, sprendimo ir vizualizavimo galimybių, taikomų kompiuterinėje grafikoje, braižyboje, skaitmeninėje fotografijoje. priedas(-ai) Grafinis formatas atitikmenys: angl. golden ratio
